The Gabbs Valley Record runs extremely lean. A machine does the weekly sweep. A person vets what goes on the page. The cause is simple: compile what is happening in Gabbs Valley and the roads around it, without waiting on a city desk two ranges away.

Hosting and article research fees come out of pocket. There is no advertiser book keeping the lights on yet. Any amount helps. A dollar to $20 is the range that keeps this easy to keep chugging along.
