The Record is not a registered 501(c)(3) or Nevada charitable corporation. A gift keeps the press online. It is not tax-deductible. This page is not an IRS receipt.

Asking the public for money can implicate Nevada charitable-solicitation rules. We describe the use (hosting and research) and do not claim a charity deduction unless the desk has marked that status.

CAN-SPAM

Email notices are opt-in on your desk card. Every notice will say who we are and how to stop. Physical mail to Gabbs goes to a P.O. Box.
