Four dollars for thirty days of the full paper — roads, utilities, grazing, military windows, and the rest of the valley desk. You must be a signed-in person. Locals already read this free.

• Identity is the account you sign in with. No anonymous Pass.
• Does not make you a local. It does not grant invites. Pass money is not counted in the gift tracker.
• Admins can also grant a Pass from the city desk.
• Nevada / Nye sales tax is added when the tax desk is on. Gifts are separate and not taxed.
